Is there a set up or mold charge?
There is no set up or mold charge when an order is placed.

Is there a freight/shipping charge?
Freight is free with a few specific exceptions.  Please contact the company for more information on premium destination points.

What are the policies for prototype changes?
Color changes are done at no additional cost, however if a mold change is needed there is a $300 charge.

Do you offer custom boxes, if so, what is the charge?
4 color custom boxes are available with or without clam shell protection.  The cost with clam shell protection is just $1.00 additional per doll.  The cost without clam shell protection is just $0.70 additional per doll, with a 1000 piece minimum for both custom box styles.

Do you offer multiple head (with more than one head) bobble heads?
We can do multi-head bobbleheads of varying sizes.  Please contact the company for exact specifications and pricing.

What are payment terms?
Our payment terms are very attractive.  50% is due when the order is placed and the remaining 50% when the dolls are delivered.  This enables the customer to presell their bobbleheads without all of the capital needed to produce the dolls.

Do you offer talking bobble heads?
We can produce talking bobbleheads.  We use a prerecorded voice chip.  The minimum order to produce a voice chip doll (talking bobblehead) is 10,000 pieces.

What is the minimum quantity that I can order?
The minimum order requirement is just 250 pieces.

How long does it take to receive a finished bobble head?
The prototype process usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks.  Once you approve the prototype we will need about 75 days to produce and deliver your order.  In general the entire process takes 12 to 14 weeks from start to finish.

Do I need to provide artwork?
You may provide artwork you desire or use our full artist staff.  This decision is yours.

How are they packaged?
Standard packaging for our bobbleheads is bubble wrap or Styrofoam around each doll with each doll inside a separate cardboard box.

Can I combine orders to meet minimum quantities?
No.  Each mold is treated as an individual order.  In other words, two 500 piece orders does not qualify for 1000 piece pricing.

Can I get a sample, if so, how much is a sample?
Samples of our product are available for $9.99.  This covers the sample and shipping.  Contact the sales department to arrange a sample delivery.

What size are the dolls?
Standard size for our dolls is approximately 7"-7.5" (inches).  We also produce "mini" bobble heads that are 3" (inches) tall up to life size bobbleheads that are 6' (feet) tall and every size in between.  Let us know what your needs are and we will give you a quote.

What are the dolls made of?
Our dolls are made of polyresin.  This material is durable and offers more detail in the appearance of the dolls.
